Al Anon
Al-Anon is a mutual support group for people whose lives have been affected by another person’s drinking,
We can find understanding and support when we share our common experience with each other. Some of us are here because a spouse or partner has struggled with alcoholism. For others, the problem drinker is a parent, child, or grandchild. Sometimes a brother, a sister, or some other friend or relative brings us to Al-Anon. Many of us have had more than one alcoholic family member or friend.
Alcoholism has similar effects on us all, even though our relationships to the alcoholic may be different. Please join us and explore the benefits from hearing how the Al-Anon principles have worked in many different circumstances.
Al Anon meets every Monday at 7:30 pm. For more information please reach out to Sue (sclover@woh.rr.com) or John (jclover@woh.rr.com)
AA – Alcoholics Anonymous
Need help with a drinking problem?
Alcoholics Anonymous has been helping alcoholics recover for more than 80 years. A.A.’s program of recovery is built on the simple foundation of one alcoholic sharing with another. If your drinking is out of control, A.A. can help.
A.A. meets every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. This is a closed group. If you are interested in joining or learning more, please contact John. (jclover@woh.rr.com)
